Does anyone know of a way to use bold and underling in the email templates? I have tried adding them with html tags, but it doesn't work? Thanks in advance, Judy

Email is "plain text" (with the exception of URL's which are auto-converted to links).

given the amount of internet fraud using email spoofing...be happy that plain text is the only option. It's much harder to spoof an email using plain text...HTML emails actually make fraud attempts very very easy....
