Hi,

Without looking at the listlog file it is difficult to tell. If you like, I would be happy to take a look at your listing log for you?

If not, you should contact tech support at info@auctionwizard2000.com in the morning.

Good Morning,

Were you ever able to list last night? Or did you keep getting that error??

I still have the same problem.

I have AW2000 installed on 2 computers and have listed with both, but since last night neither would work.

When I list I get an error. "An error occured while parsing the"choose selling format" page. Do you want to see the web page returned by ebay?

I click "yes".

I'm taken to an ebay page, home > sell. The strage thing is in the browser address is C:\Aw2000\listing.html, it takes a long time to load, and it's not the same sell page as if I've navigated thru ebay.

Hi,

Please send me your listinglog files. Here's how:

1. Restart AW2000.

2. Select "File | Program Options..." from the menu bar.

3. When the Program Options window opens, check the "Generate HTTP Log" checkbox in the lower right hand corner. Click the "OK" button.

4. Try listing your Auction Lots. After you see the error message cancel the listing process and return to the Auction Lots window.

5. Select "File | Program Options..." from the menu bar. Uncheck the "Generate HTTP Log" checkbox in the lower right hand corner and click the "OK" button.

6. Attach the HTTP log file (C:\Aw2000\HttpLog.txt) and the listing log file (C:\Aw2000\ListingLog.txt) to an email message.

My email address is bluepennylady@pennyworthsales.com

I have an idea what is wrong but I need to see the listinglog file to be sure. And if I can't figure it out, well, we will just get Thom to help us

Re: C:\Aw2000\listing.html new [re: bluepennylady]

Thanks for your help, the problem has been solved. I emailed Thom Withgott earlier and here is the reply.

eBay is probably using the new version of the Sell Your Item page to list
your items. AW2000 does not work with the new version of the Sell Your
Item page. Use your web browser to sign into the eBay website, then click
the "Sell" button at the top of the page. On the sell page there should be
an option at the top for switching back to the old version of the Sell
Your Item page. If that option appears, click on it. Sign out and try
listing your Auction Lots in AW2000 and see if that solves the problem.

HI,

I am convinced Thom can fix anything. That is what I thought could be the problem but wasn't sure. He is certainly the person to tell you for sure.

I am so glad you got it fixed!
