I had been leaving feedback, so I know the process. All of a sudden when I click Tasks>Leave Feedback, I get the error "Another user is performing an operation that prevents this aciton from taking place. Try again later."

I do have another system on the network running AW2K, but it is offline right now.

If I login from the other system, it will process the request. Why can't I post feedback from either system? If the other system is offline why would it prevent me from performing this task? BTW my system has the AW2K database on its hard drive, so it should not be a network connection issue.

One of the little quirks of running in a network..Every now and then a file gets stuck.. Just had it happen to us day before yesterday.

If someone just happens to try and perform one of the few tasks that cannot be done simtaneously, it will sometimes lock a file that throws that message up. We had the message cause two of us tried to load email at the same time. It rarely happens because everyone in our network has their own assigned tasks just to prevent it from happening. But I was "helping' and created the issue myself

Usually if you shut down AW2k on all the computers and then run it again, it will free up the locked file.

The issue has been ongoing for a few days. In that time both systems have been rebooted a few time. Still locked on one machine not the other.
