I am trying to convert my existing inventory & eBay lisitngs to AW2K. I have hit a snag that may be a deal-breaker. The Reference ID field will only accommodate 20 characters. I need more. Some of the items I list are actually 2 or even three SKU numbers with a + sign (i.e. item1sku+item2sku+item3sku). My previous platform (Marketplace Advisor) and eBay's custom label field did not have a problem with this. Is there any way to increase this field to accommodate up to 30 (or more) characters?

I am trying to import upc numbers from a TXT file into the reference ID field. I have been able to export and convert inventory of 1000 items to excel. Then enter the information to the correct column but I have no idea how to import it back. I understand you cant overwrite existing data in a column on AW inventory fields but these are blank. I CAN NOT get the import button to light up. What am I doing wrong? Ideas anyone?
