Non Paying Bidders and Inventory

I have had a rash of non paying bidders lately. I change the invoice to "closed npb"...

However.. the item is not added back into inventory. I would assume it would be since it was not sold.

Am I missing something?

Thanks

Hi,

Take a look at the Status of the Auction lot. Is the Auction lot status, Offline?

When you change the Invoice Status from Waiting for Payment to "closed N.P.B" the prompt that appears basically tells you the Auction lot status will go back to Offline so the item can be relisted again. And the fees are stored on the Auction lot so you can keep accurate track of expenses. You will want to delete the Final Value Fee from the Auction lot because that fee is refunded back to you.

If you do not wish to relist the Auction, you can simply delete the Auction lot and the Inventory will appear back in the Stock Inventory Qty in stock field.

Does that help?
