key violation

HELP!
I was trying to create a new invoice, on a test item, with an auction profile that I use only for stuff like this. When adding a new buyer, (a fake one with my own 2nd email address), I received a KEY VIOLATION MESSAGE. After researching it, HELP advised me to rebuild the database, which I do regularly. I backed up first, then rebuilt. 93 tables were successful, 1 was not. Wizard said to contact customer support on how to proceed. Seeing as it's Sunday, I thought I would try the forum. HELP, need to list 40 auctions today, have 40 closing tonight!
Thanks, Bill

Bill,

Don't panic. I can help you. Replacing failed table is something I can do.

When you rebuild, AW2000 generates a DBrebuildlog.txt file.

Attach the DbRebuildlog.txt file to an email message, email it to you and I will tell you what I find.

C:\AW2000\DbRebuildlog.txt
