Report w name address items shipping subtotals

I am trying to print a report that contains the buyers name, address, inventory items, subtotal, shipping and insurance fields. I want to have a printed report while I am out of town for a few days. Thanks in advance! Karen

Yes I was trying to use one of the invoice reports, but I wanted to print more of a summary like this:
NAME Address items bought subtotal shipping insurance total
SO, while I was on the road if someone calls I can verify all the information.

Is there any way to do this? Can I print any report with buyers name, address, items, subtotal, shipping options? Thanks, Karen
