I've been really annoyed by the same problem. I don't have any ideas for a fix, but I share your annoyance. I keep my regular email open after a download to AW2K, so I can read the emails. I've checked & rechecked on eBay and while they say you have a choice, it doesn't appear that you do. If anybody has an answer, I'd love to hear it.
