I noticed the hiearchy in the last screen shot. Your hiearchy is "Home | My eBay | Summary"

My hiearchy is " Home | My eBay | Sell | Active Selling"

Try changing the default page to Active selling. Move the Active selling where it is not inside the Summary page....

Instead expand the 'Sell" link and then access "Active" from that link and see if you have the Viewers/Watchers refresh button.

If I access Active from the Summary page, I only have Watchers too.
