I use several templates created to send a shpping notice to my customers. I may have 20 or 30 different invoices to send shipping notices to, all of which may use the same template. Am I missing something or Is there a way to select multiple invoices to send an email message to at the same time, all using the same template? Currently I am selecting each invoice, then selecting an email template, one invoice at a time(very time consuming).

The process for printing shipping lables and invoices allows you to send Item Shipped Emails. There is also a separate process just for sending Item Shipped Emails. You can select a different Email Template for each invoice or use the default template selected on your Auction Profile. This is covered in the tutorial (Help | Getting Started Tutorial on the menu bar). In the "After Your Auctions Close" section click the "Print Shipping Labels and Invoices" and "Send Item Shipped Emails" links.
