I emailed tech support for assistance. That is if you and I can't get it figured out And I am tenacious by nature. I love a challenge!!
That is great that buyer information stored. Yes it matters what the Auction lot Status is. Is the Auction lot "Online" or is the Status "Sold not Shipped"
